Want to get to know me better?
Let’s get Relentlessly Well  together.

Kirsten xo

I love hearing your stories. Every person has one: who you are, how you got there, where you are going next.

I want to know about you; the nitty gritty details that you might not readily share, but are the underlying essence of who you are. What ignites your passions, and challenges your frustrations? What are the things that leave you feeling butterflies or keep you up in the middle of the night. I am a safe space to share the most vulnerable elements of you, so that we can both carry the burden or build that foundation.

I will be there to help you take those first steps out of your comfort zone, and into a new way of living. I will be present for it all: the wins, the losses, the big leaps, and the inevitable missteps. To encourage and shape the journey from “getting by” to living
Relentlessly Well.

I believe [and know] you can do it, even though it’s uncomfortable and new right now. I want to see you slip into your wellness, and realise it fits like a glove. It’s an honour and a privilege to be a witness and your biggest cheerleader on your journey, to your transformation. To be there to meet first hand the healthiest, whole, version of you.

I’ve got you, we can do this together.

FAQ

What is Wellness Guidance?

Wellness guidance is encouraging you to be mindful, and helping you to make simple lifestyle changes to increase your overall health, happiness and wellbeing. I will help you set goals, and harness your strengths to overcome obstacles. It’s building you a support team, and challenging you to do what you may not be able to accomplish alone.

What is it not?

Psychotherapy, medical advice, nitpicking or shaming. I’m not a therapist, a doctor, a drill sergeant, or your mother.

What kind of yoga is it?

I offer Hatha Yoga, which encompasses a broad spectrum of yoga from fast paced flows to gentle restorative practice. Through your consultation we will figure out what kind of practice best suits your needs.

What does Holistic mean?

In this case, it means a whole body approach to wellness, from movement to the way you nourish your body, as well as stress management.

What is a Brain Longevity® Specialist?

I am trained in the 4 Pillars of Alzheimer's Prevention® through the Alzheimer's Research Prevention Foundation. As a certified Brain Longevity® Specialist, I can implement scientifically proven strategies into our sessions to help you improve your brain health and longevity.

Why do I need a guide? Can't I just do this by myself?

Sure you can! But I bet you’ve already tried, and given up, and tried again, and gotten too busy, too tired, too stressed. You’ve Googled it and tried to put together a movement plan, and gotten confused by all of the conflicting information available out there. You’ve searched recipes, spent too much on foreign ingredients, tried crash fad diets, and resorted to takeout instead. I can do that part for you, and together we can figure out what works best for you and your life.

Will you put me on a diet and help me lose weight?

Nope. I’m not a dietician, nutritionist or a doctor. What I am is a Red Seal chef, with an arsenal of easy, healthy, and delicious recipes that will help you focus on eating a well rounded palate of whole foods. I’m also a registered Yoga teacher, and personal training student, who will help you develop a movement plan, to keep you active. My focus is strong, not skinny. Sustainable habits, over a quick fix.

What will I have to give up?

With wellness guidance, you will learn that healthy choices lead to healthier outcomes, and which choices hinder your healthy lifestyle. Through this knowledge and discovery, you will be able to decide for yourself what choices deserve to have a place in your life, and which ones don’t. Balance is key.

Do I need to live near you to work with you?

No, but it helps! While I love to meet every client face to face, we live in a world where technology makes it so easy for us to stay connected, even from miles away. Emails, phone calls, Facetime... we have so many options!

Is it expensive?

Your health & well-being is one of the most valuable things in life. Making yourself a priority shouldn’t bankrupt you either. Please contact me for detailed pricing and how I can help you live Relentlessly Well.
